                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6178
                   ADAMSON CIRCLE, BEING ON THE SOUTHWEST LINE OF
                   ADAMSON CIRCLE AT HERITAGE PARK DRIVE, FROM C-2
                   CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL ZONE AND M-2 LIGHT
                   INDUSTRIAL ZONE TO C-1 HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 6178 Adamson Circle,
                being on the southwest line of Adamson Circle at
                Heritage Park Drive.  Lot 34, Corrective Plat,
                Resubdivision of Lots 34 and 35, Bonny Oaks
                Industrial and Office Park, as shown by plat of
                record in plat book 48, page 158, ROHC; being the
                property described in deed book 4736, page 106,
                ROHC.  Tax Map No. 129P-B-20.
               
               
         from C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone and M-2 Light Industrial 
Zone
         to C-1 Highway Commercial Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
